| देवसाक्षी पब्लिकेशन नियम एवं शर्तें |
| (1) पुस्तक का प्रकाशन पेमेंट बेसिस पर किया जाएगा तथा प्रकाशन राशि का निर्धारण पृष्ठ संख्या एवं गुणवता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। |
| (2) लेखक को 50 पुस्तकें ऑथर कॉपी के रूप में दी जाएगी। |
(3) प्रत्येक पुस्तक की बिक्री पर लेखक को 15% राशि लाभ के रूप में देय होगी। (डिलीवरी चार्ज एवं अन्य खर्च निकालने के बाद) |
(4) पुस्तक अमेज़ॉन, फ्लिपकार्ट एवं प्रकाशन की वेबसाइट के अलावा यथा सम्भव सभी बुकस्टोर पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। |
(5) पुस्तक की चुनिंदा समीक्षाएं समाचार-पत्र, पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित कराई जाएगी। |
(6) ऑथर कॉपीज के अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता होने पर लेखक को MRP पर 40% की छूट पर पुस्तक उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। |
| (7) प्रथम संस्करण के विक्रय होने पर द्वितीय संस्करण प्रकाशन द्वारा निःशुल्क प्रकाशित किया जाएगा परन्तु कोई ऑथर कॉपी देय नहीं होगी। लेखक को MRP पर छूट के अंतर्गत पुस्तक खरीदनी होगी। |
| (8) लेखक पर किसी भी संस्करण की प्रतियां खरीदना बाध्यकारी शर्त नहीं होगी। |
(9) प्रकाशन राशि का भुगतान दो आसान किस्तों में करना होगा। |
(10) प्रकाशन की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशक,डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, स्कैच आर्टिस्ट,कवरपेज डिज़ाइनर, समीक्षक (Paid एवं Non Paid दोनों) यूट्यूबर एवं बुक सेलर उपलब्ध रहेंगे। लेखक अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार संपर्क साध सकते हैं। |
| (11) प्रकाशन राशि के अलावा लेखक को कोई अन्य राशि का भुगतान नहीं करना है। |
| (12) प्रत्येक तीन माह में लेखक को पुस्तक की बिक्री सम्बधी कम्प्यूटर समरी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। |
| (13) लेखक को 50 पुस्तकें ऑथर कॉपी के रूप में दी जाएगी। |

| Devsakshi Publication Terms and Conditions. |
| (1) The publication of the book will be done on payment basis and the publication amount will be decided on the basis of page number and quality. |
(2) The author will be given 50 books as author’s copy. |
(3) 15% amount will be payable to the author as profit on the sale of each book. (after deducting delivery charges and other expenses) |
| (4) Apart from Amazon, Flipkart and the website of the publication, the book will be made available at all bookstores as possible. |
(5) Selected reviews of the book will be published in newspapers, magazines. |
(6) Promotion of author and book will be done through social sites like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. |
(7) In addition to author copies, the book will be made available to the author at a discount of 40% on MRP, if required. |
| (8) After the sale of the first edition, the second edition will be published by the publication free of cost, but no author copy will be payable. The author has to buy the book under discount on MRP. |
| (9) It shall not be a binding condition on the author to buy copies of any edition. |
(10) The publication amount will have to be paid in two easy installments. |
(11) Publisher, distributor, sketch artist, cover page designer, reviewer (both Paid and Non Paid), YouTuber and book seller will be available on the publication’s website. Writers can contact as per their requirement. |
(12) Apart from the publication amount, no other amount is to be paid to the author. |
| (13) Computer summary related to the sale of the book will be made available to the author every three months. |
Special:- Only typed book will be valid. Book promotion and proof reading will be free but editing will not be. The author’s interview and book discussion will be live on the publication’s Facebook page. Manuscript will be accepted through email and WhatsApp. |
